Teens are often seen as a problem to manage -

disruptive, distracted, or in crisis.

The solution usually asks them to change: behave better, get off their phones, engage more.

But the responsibility doesn’t only lie with them.

If we - “the grownups“ - want respect, we have to model it.
If we want engagement, we have to create spaces worth engaging in.


I help organizations listen to young people, take them seriously, and build environments where they actually want to show up.
